No Shake - Sichuan Collins

Flavorprofile

A refreshing sweet and sour - sparkling drink -, which leaves you with a hint of (vanilla)cream. After a couple of sips, a noticable, pleasant numbness takes place on the tongue. This elicits saliva, evoking the taste buds.

To create this drink fresh Sichuan flowers and the leaves of the Citrus hystrix are added, providing a fresh floral hint. Both are seperate macerations of neutral grain alcohol, blended after a minimum period of two weeks.
